Kreative Build has now completed two projects for our home: a new patio cover and a replacement of all the faucets in the household with updated fixtures.
Our beautiful patio cover still tends to be the first thing any visitor in our home notices and compliments. We have even had a couple of total strangers walking their dogs stop and ask us who built it. It is neatly customized with all the features we wanted (plus some other excellent suggestions our Kreative architect and builder, Billy Betsill, made), and the finished product wound up exceeding our expectations. We particularly love the shiplap that he recommended for the ceiling of the structure. And the lighting choices (also Billy’s recommendation) create an amazing, peaceful mood in the evening. In both the aesthetic and craftsmanship, the work is exemplary. We absolutely love it!
The replacement of all of the faucets throughout the house turned out to be a much more challenging task, with a couple of them involving the original 1964 plumbing! Kreative Build took the care to bring everything up to code. The final results are just beautiful, and we are so grateful for Kreative’s painstaking efforts. We know it wound up involving a lot more than was originally anticipated, and we appreciate the care they took to get it right.
The professionalism and work ethic of the company is outstanding. They responded to us very promptly and communicated with impeccable clarity. The job did not, as so many repairs do, drag out over time; it was completed swiftly and efficiently.
And, with any random questions followed the completion of the projects, Kreative Build followed up IMMEDIATELY.
